A compelling and beautifully written story

I loved this story. It's dark, angsty, and beautifully written. It's also a story of growth and of finding one's purpose and destiny.

Cian is a sorcerer who will stop at nothing to master the last of the arcane powers: the power to control the sea. He nearly loses his life in search of Muir the Scarred, the only sorcerer known to possess that power. But Cian doesn't intend to ask Muir to teach him, he intends to steal the power from Muir. Suffice it to say, things don't go at all as Cian plans. What he finds on the tiny island is far more than Muir, it's his future, his destiny, and his fulfillment as a man.

Ms. Spencer is a writer who knows how to use prose to her advantage. Her depictions of even the most horrible of living nightmares are beautifully written, and the underlying theme of the story is profound. I highly recommend this book to readers who want something more than just the traditional MM romance. Don't get me wrong--that's there, too. But there is so much more to be found in the pages of "The Sorcerer's Knot."

An excellent read!

I want to be honest when I say that when I started this book, I wasn’t sure what I was getting into. I had read other books by Spencer in the past, and enjoyed them, and when I saw this one on my kindle, I started reading it without reading the blurb.

But even with that, I did still enjoy the story! That is one thing that I enjoy about reading Spencer’s books because even though they are a bit different than what I normally read, I still enjoy them greatly. I loved the magical aspects that were added to this story. It really added to the story because Spencer used just the right amount of magical aspects – they didn’t overload the story, but brought it to a completely new level.

The chemistry between Cian and Muir was just off the charts! You could tell that right from the start, and it did lead to some great sexy-time scenes between the two of them. They both worked really well together, and it was amazing to be able to follow along with their relationship and to watch as they both learned more about each other.

I would say that if you are looking for a great read that is packed with suspense, then this is the one for you!

Andy Hewitt has 40 years experience in the construction industry - UK, Africa and the Middle East, holding senior commercial and project management positions with contractors, subcontractors and consultants. This has led him to specialise in claims and dispute management on behalf of both claimants and respondents.

Great gift for young enthusiast readers!

My son nearly tackled me down when he received this box set. He is a fan since the first book and has read over and over again. He practically remembers the book by heart. But we didn't want to get him the second book until we got him this box set. He had to wait a while but it was worth the wait! He loves every book especially the "it's not a diary", diary. But especially The Wimpy Kid Do-it-yourself book, where he can create his own version of the book. He showed me several pages of his response to the questions and it was very funny and entertaining. Highly recommend this to support the love of reading for young readers!

What i like most is the cartoons they're so AWESOMEEE!! like I mean who? doesn't am i right?!?!! also going to buy "Diary Of A Wimpy Kid Book #8" "Hard Luck", "The Diary Of a Wimpy Kid Blu-Ray Combo Pack" with all 3 movies, "The Wimpy Kid Movie Diary Book".

plumbing for not dummys

I am studying to take my journeyman's plumbing test in Maryland and was very happy to find this book in stock as most places do not carry this item . one thing to keep in mind is that right now most test are using an older version of this book and you would not be able to bring this book into the test with you as such . But I have been told that later this year all test will be focused on this book so I wanted to get a head start . also keep in mind most testing facilities will not let you bring in a book that has any marking on it at all , so don't use your highlighter on it . the book is very well written and very clear , having the extra guide with it is nice too .

this book is softcover, it was delivered promptly and helped me pass my CSL exam here in massachusetts.
has all of the chapters and pairs well with the IRC book for covering all of the building codes of construction.
I recommend buying it used if you can find a used option. you are going to put some wear on it if you are using it for construction.
